David MAN was 19 years, married Sarah JOHNSTON, 19 years at Church of St James, Whitehaven. Their fathers were George MAN, Iron miner and John JOHNSTON, Blacksmith. Witness's William JOHNSTON and Isabella Turner. His death cert. shows him as David James MANN, Feb 1918, 64years living Byron Street, Sunderland. Occupation Coal Miner (Stoneman).
