I have tried for over 15yrs to work out where my Lonergan family fit in.I know they were connected to May Lonergan, who had a greengrocers in O'Connell St., Clonmel, Tipperary. She died in 1972. My grandfather Daniel Lonergan married Ellen Lonergan early 1870's. The 1st. 3 children were born in Ireland [presumably Tipp/Watd]. Edward c1872, Thomas c1874, and Mary Ellen c1876. The family then move to Chester,England. Anyone recognise anything ? Summer 2004, and we have traced them to Cahir! Marriage and 3 births. Anyone got them on their tree please? |
