Trying to find the parents of, or siblings of Charles Victor LIVINGS b.5/1/20 at Dagenham. Married Iris Sylvia SMITH of Aveley, Essex. Charles joined the Navy in 1940 and was KIA in 1942. All available info points to a strong Essex and Dagenham connection. Grateful for any help. I have managed to trace Charles Victor's parents, they were Harold Joseph LIVINGS and Charlotte Lottie LIPSCOMBE. Both are names with Hertfordshire connections. Harold's occupation on Charles birth certificate is listed as a hay & Straw carter (ex-army) and in 1920 they were living at Five Elms, Becontree Heath, Dagenham, Essex. again, any help would be appreciated. I have now traced Harold Joseph's parents who were Arthur Albert LIVINGS b. Mountnessing and Charlotte SKINNER b. Hutton, Essex |
