Trying to find any relatives of Emily Williams (Leech) (sometimes known as Cissie) She was born 4/11/1885 in Staffordshire but moved to Newport South Wales in about 1896 Her parents were Richard and Kate Leech (formerly Hyde) Cissy worked as a nurse/ domestic for the Morris family in Newport. She marries Arthur Williams a grocer, in 1908 (Newport) She is believed to have 2 daughters and a son. Also any relatives of her brother Horatio Holloway Leech born 6/4/1889 in Staffs. He married Martha Jane Jones in 1911 in Newport South Wales. (Update Nov 2005:- Horatio's decendants have been in contact. So it does work!) |
