My Mothers family lived in Newcastle, I think my Grandfather's Father came from Scotland. My Grandmother's name was Annie and so was my Mothers,she had two Brothers Jack and Ossie,her sisters names were Ella,Terry,Olive Winnie.My Mother and her sister Ella went to live in Denmark in the twenties and had families over there,my Aunt Ella married a Larson, but because that name is so common in D.K.Her elder son Conrad changed his name to Lawence. My Unkle Jack lived in Austrailiar for years,but had a family here in England and at one time lived near Dover I think.He died in the ninties in Austrailia.There are also connections with Canada in the Lawence family, but Iam not sure why. |
