Good afternoon;

I am researching the family of Ruth Murdoch, b 1905-1906 daughter of William Murdoch and Sarah Nibloe.

I have her marriage record, and her spouse is Robert King, son of John King and Janet Salisbury. He married Ruth, maiden name Murdoch, previously married to Alexander Mitchell, on March 6, 1925 at 32 Park Circus., Ayr. He was 22, she was 19, so he was born circa 1903. Robert's address at the time was 8 Boydfield, Prestwick.

Do you know if there is any connection?

Thank you in advance.

Eileen

Eileen, this is an old posting from 8 years ago.

You could try contacting Carolann by clicking on her name and sending her a PM. If she is still a member of GR she will receive an email from them.

If you require any help with your tree, I would suggest starting a new thread with all the information you have and what you would like to find out.

In the meantime, this is the 1901 census for James.
