Trying to find King

I am trying to trace my ancestors in the Borders area of Scotland. I know my Grandgather's Grandfather was Hugh King, born in 1826 (or 27) in Bunkle, Near Duns, Berwickshire. His death certificate states that his father was Thomas King and his mother Ann Dickson (or possible Dickison). I cannot find any trace of these parents, either birth, marriage or death records. Can anyone help.
