Was not William but John Hutchinson born about 1750 married Rebecca Alderson 5 May 1771 Kirklevington - my family tree.
Have couple with about 10 children 1st son John 1771 to last child believe daughter Mary b 1 May 1799 but query for her.
I descend from son Christopher Hutchinson b 1782 Kirklevington. Died Yarm 1853.
Still looking for his wife Ann's surname.
Have nothing further re John's parents.

You need to check all this but is only information myself and distant relative (she able access Salt Lake Morman records) found.

I have just been reading that John Hutchinson born c1748 Kirk Leavington was murdered by his son Joseph on 10 NOV 1828 at Cowley House, Sedgefield.
Joseph also murdered his brother Israel. He battered them with a poker then a hammer.
Joseph took off for the pub - the Newcastle Arms in New Elvet but upon his return was caught by constable Crossling and taken to Durham goal. Later however he was found insane on the testimony a number of people including a surgeon.
