Member Since: December 2002 Posts: 2 Send Message	Hone is believed to have originated in Holland 17th century. Painter Nathaniel Hone of the Dutch school son Horace Hone and then Nathaniel Hone the younger, nephew of Nathaniel. Later Hones are Eve, famous for stained glass windows in 20th century and David Hone painter. I have come across the name Hone in the Hochschwarzwald in Germany. Any other information would be welcomed.
