I was told that my grandfather owned 7 shops in the early 1900's one in the Old Kent Road and they were drapers. Are there any museums which I can visit which include maybe pictures of the area in the early part of the century. |

I have been off the site for a while and it has changed somewhat. I went on the Southwark Museum site but I think I need to find out some more information from my cousin about the locations of the shops. Also I'm not sure what they were called. Thanks for your help |

It is likely that your grandfather left a Will and the shops would be named there. |
