Member Since: December 2002 Posts: 3 Send Message	Ernest Victor, 1932, Tottenham, London. Wife Jean, nee Hall. Links to the Franklin name in the same area. Son Terence Victor b.28/7/32. Possibly a 'Barnado's baby' after birth, Jean may have died in childbirth(?) Address then was 77 Napier Road, Tottenham, was fostered to Mrs Minnie May Williams of 100 Church Road Tottenham. Possibly a twin(?) sister called Georgina who was adopted by Mrs Williams son.. Another boy from Barnado's, Victor Steele, also went to Mrs Williams at the same time as Terence Victor.
