My grandmother, Geraldine Rosa Freedman, was born in Leeds in 1890, to Annie Dibb and Louis Freedman, a journeyman tailor. By the time of the 1891 census they had disappeared. Annie and Rosa reappear in London, together with another baby, Frank Freedman, in 1893. Annie married Johan Stenholm, a tailor, in 1894. I would be interested to hear from anyone who knows what happened to Annie and Rosa in the missing years between 1890 and 1893. Lynda Tubbs
