Ireland 1861 - 1871 help please

Hi I wonder if anyone could help me, I am looking for a Robert Ewing born 1831 Scotland and his wife Janet b 1836. I have traced them on the 41 and 51 scottish census however they did not appear on the 61. On the 71 Janet is listed as a widow and has another son called Alexander Ewing born Cork 1867, this is in addition to the two other sons Robert [1857 scotland] and Archibald [1859 scotland]. I have no proof that Robert died in Ireland but have been so far unable to trace his death in Scotland between 51 and 71, any help or pointers will be appreciated, thank you, Wendy |
