Margaret Horne. i am looking for the ancestors of my great grandmother with the surname Cousins who was born in Exeter Devon circa 1800. She was the sister of the famous mezzotint engraver Samuel Cousins. Her Father was a tailor in the City, She married John Carter and lived in Ashburton Devon.
