His g g grandfather's name was george minnitt coghlan born 1825 in antrim ireland. he had a brother called francis minnitt coghlan born 1819 ireland. a sister called eliza. george married mary ann cox born about the same time but in dublin ireland.they had george alex,isabella,mary ann,mary elizabeth, francis minnitt,kathleen and john hurwitz(the later is where my husbands decends). we cannot find anything of the family before george:( we think the minnitt may be georges mothers maiden name! many thanks elaine
