I am seeking information on Cassidys from Fermanagh, brother Thomas, Philip and Edward came to Australia as convicts in 1830. Parents believed to be Stephen Cassidy and mother surname Britton, possibly Catherine. There may be another brother James in US. My gg grandfather Thomas was born in abt 1800. He left a wife and 2 female children in Ireland. He died in 1862. I am keen to get in touch with any living descendents in Ireland and/or to confirm parents and any other ancestors. |
