Member Since: January 2003 Posts: 5 Send Message	Trying to find the marriage of George Buxton to Elizabeth ? in Staffordshire before 1798. Their first child Edward was born in Lane End near Stoke-on-Trent in 1798. Their other children were George (from whom I am descended) born 1801, Josiah(born 1805),Felix (born 1806) and Henry (born 1809). Some of the family moved to Lincolnshire. George settled in Horncastle and Felix and Henry lived in Spalding. It is believed that George senior died in about 1809 and that his widow Elizabeth married a John Redfern.
