I entered a search for William Budge in 1841 census, citing his birth year as 1811. Two possibles were found. The second was for Holsworthy and Okehampton. Veiwng this page the name appears to be William Badge a scrivener listed with his wife Charity.
But as the name is often miswritten as Bridge or Badge, to this day, I thoughtI would post this in case it might help others.
I have contacted the support team.
