Member Since: February 2003 Posts: 24 Send Message	My grandfathers name was ROBERT SWORD JEFFREY and he hailed from edinburgh born ib 1892 Christened at Restalrig Parish Church. His parents were James Jeffrey and Jessie nee WHITE.I believe he had sisters Jeannie, Agnes and Alice, and brothers Nelson and Alec. He became an engineer and came to the midlands to work in the early 1900's. He married LILY STRAW in Nottingham on Aug 7th 1915. Jessie White may have been born in Dalbeattie in 1864 but I am unable to confirm. I have no information other than this about his family. PLEASE help.
