Trying to find (Mother)drayson

I am trying to find sarah Ann drayson who lived in New Street Ashand had a son John Drayson in 1866 ( my gt grandfather) Sarah was't married at the time but may have married Charles Chandler 1869 and had a daughter Ann Maria in 1870. Charles was a farm labourer in Ash in 1871. John married Elizabeth Philpott and they lived in Ramsgate and had one son John Richard Drayson who married Beatrice Alice Drewe and they had 3 children (2 died in the first week of life) and one Phylis Joan ( my mother) lived and married William Sharpin and they had six children. Hi Lesley.

My Grandfather's father name was Sidney Drayson who married Emma Hampshire. he had a brother called John Richard Drayson who married a Beatrice Alice Drew. Their father was call John Drayson.

Is there a way we are related?
